Road Crossing, Race mile 397.5 (11-12-00)

Our road Crossing was at kilometer marking 104, between El Rosario and Cataviņa. The area went from quiet desert on Saturday, to racers, spectators, and pit crews on Sunday, to empty desert on Monday. Racers started to fly by at 1-PM Sunday, with just a few stragglers trickling by on Monday morning. The desert area here is spectacular.
