Cal State Downhill #1 (03-29-03)
"Sagebrush Safari"
The first race of the Cal State Downhill series was held at Lake Morena's Corral Canyon, down one leg of the Kernan Cycle Trail. This year it was a single-run format and the course was longer than last year's event. The trail is relatively smooth and fast, but required a lot of pedaling, favoring lighter bikes.
