Trip to Italy

Sperlonga  (04-26-04)

Leaving Monte Cassino we drove toward the coast to the little town of Sperlonga. This used to be my favorite place to hang out when I lived in Gaeta, ten miles south. Sperlonga is an old town made up of a maze of narrow alleys, with buildings braced against each other with small arches, giving the appearance that pulling one building out of the middle will make the rest tumble down! Cindy & I enjoyed lunch at the same place I used to eat at 25+ years ago.
